Meta pilot privacy

MKTrio operates this customer pilot for the Facebook Page and ad account you select. We use your Meta app-scoped identity, business and asset IDs, permission status, selected Page credential, ad data, Page posts/comments/reactions, Messenger conversations/messages and submitted Lead Ads contact details to provide the requested agent functions.

Meta grants are encrypted in a separate server-side store. Provider credentials are not placed in agent prompts or tool results. Your agent receives only its own connection status and scoped business results. Advertising calls use Meta’s official Ads MCP; organic posts use Meta’s Pages API.

Connection and owner review sessions expire after 15 minutes. Tokens have Meta-defined expiries and must be renewed through consent. Proposed content and minimal action outcomes are retained for operation and reconciliation; expired proposals are erased, and disconnected connection records are purged after 90 days. Requesting deletion erases usable grants, owner sessions and stored proposal/result content.

We do not sell this data or use it to train models. The selected customer agent’s existing service terms govern its processing of business results. Contact support@mktrio.ca for access or deletion requests. Removing the integration does not remove previously published Facebook content or stop running ads; manage those separately in Meta.
